My First Trip to the Electronic Entertainment Expo in 1997

Gosh, I think I was still in my twenties when I first went to the show. My friends John and Mark went with me and I think we really went to see the Quake Red Annihilation tournament since we were all in Clans back in the day (I started the Lake Erie Monsters or LEM back in 1996, so take "That!" Dan Gilbert...). E3 was really a spectacle since all the major game publishers were represented, and there were lots of free things to pick up. My favorite picture is the one where we're pictured with Duke Nukem. That guy was a riot. We followed him into the Show one of the days and kept saying "Duuuuuuke" under our breaths. He just smiled and gave us the thumbs up. Good memories!
