Keynote Address
We're thrilled to announce Smokey Robinson as the keynote speaker for the 2010 SXSW Music Conference. On Thursday March 18, Robinson's speech will highlight the panels program at the Austin Convention Center. Check out Smokey's new record, "Time Flies When You're Having Fun," on Robso Records, a fine addition to an impressive catalog. More

First Panels Announced Most 2010 panels originated via the SXSW PanelPicker interface, and the conference will reflect the energy and ideas that the SXSW audience brings to the event. More

Artist Access Increased Musicians, you're welcome at the entire conference! Showcasing acts who opt for the SXSW Artist Package package have access to all four days of panels in 2010. With this in mind, we're offering artist-oriented workshops, the mentor program (below), and demo listening panels every day, giving all SXSW participants many great reasons to ride up the escalators to the fourth floor of the Convention Center.
