YESSIRREE!

The contracts are set, the dates are inked, and HEROES CONVENTION 2010 will take place June 4-6 of 2010!

This is great news for us, as we had a terrible time trying to find a weekend that the Charlotte Convention Center was available, and that was also not taken up by another convention! As it turns out the only available date was already taken by our buddies at the Florida Supercon fortunately for us, they very VERY kindly offered to move their dates so that exhibitors and fans could enjoy TWO great conventions instead of just one! This is a hugely gracious act on their part, and believe me when I say we're grateful and impressed by it.Check out what they've already got line up for their show, going on Father's Day weekend next year they're in high gear!

And, in light of recent somewhat squirrelly actions by some other big conventions, it was nice to see the mainstream comics press pick up the story and run with it, first by Sean T. Collins at CBR, then Tom Spurgeon and Heidi MacDonald. See, people still LOVE it when you're nice, I promise you. I promise!

For those of you who have been emailing us asking about tickets and table availability, those forms are all updated on our site, so get buying! Remember that we place tables in Artists Alley on a first-come/first-served basis! We'll be getting an initial guest list up next week, and will be sending out mailings pertaining to that as well!
